Rose Hill Coalition LLC
Dear Coalition Subscriber,

Based on the poor response to our request for donations* last month to help cover the costs of doing business, it is likely that the Rose Hill Coalition LLC will cease publishing a newsletter and maintaining the website in 2025. Please help us avoid our demise!

We realize there is a lot of economic uncertainty with a new administration in Washington DC. We ask for your support to stay ahead of the land use developments in our neighborhood. The County and our District Supervisor are in "full steam ahead" mode and we want to ensure you both understand and can take part in current and future land use decisions.

Sincerely,
Sharada Gilkey, Founder

*We appreciate two generous donations received for the sum of $70.

Support Us!

Land use planning and development in Fairfax County happens both rapidly and slowly. It's difficult to keep up when, by law, the County gives limited notice of Public Hearings on proposed land use changes. Or when the County review process takes months or years.

The Rose Hill Coalition keeps you informed of significant proposed changes to a specific site (property), requests for rezoning, and changes in County land-use policies that will affect future development.

We have provided you this information for free. We volunteer a significant amount of time, but our costs for incorporation, insurance, software, and the website have totaled $1,170 over the past three years. All considered, it is a modest but not insignificant sum. Your support is greatly appreciated and will allow us to continue.
