DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, May 7 (continued from 4/29/25) \nFranconia Triangle* (Decision Only)\n*The redevelopment of the Franconia Govt Center site for affordable housing is now included in the “Franconia Triangle” SSPA. \nPA 2023-00006 (SSPA 2023-IV-2S) \nAGENDA \nStaff Report \nDue to the unprecedented number of prerecorded statements\, the Planning Commission (PC) had to hold an additional public hearing on April 30\, to listen to all the testimonies. The PC also deferred their decision (recommendation to the Board of Supervisors) to Wednesday\, May 7. No additional public testimony will be allowed at the PC May 7\, public meeting\, but written comments will be accepted by the PC until that date. (However\, comments will continue to be accepted by the Board of Supervisors up to the date of the BOS’s decision.) \nThe Planning Commission (PC) will review the Staff Report\, hear public comments\, and make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors (BOS).
