I-495 Southside Express Lanes Study
VDOT will host four in-person Public Hearings to share information about the “recommended preferred alternative” to address identified transportation needs within the study area. Information about potential property impacts, VDOT right of way policies and procedures, and remaining study schedule will also be available.

In-person with an open house at 6 pm, presentation at 6:30 pm, followed by a formal public comment session
